Supercharge your workout in the bootcamp class! A mix of HIIT and strength, bootcamp will push your fitness to the max whilst engaging your full body! Varying workouts each week will continuously challenge and motivate you, whilst building up to your optimal physique.
Monday nights are run by Kane who will incorporate functional bodyweight movements based on his background in calisthenics.
Saturday mornings are taken by Caleb who will include circuit work targeting each muscle group.
HIIT stations including ergo, air bike and ropes will also make sure you get your heart rate up!
