After going to the gym for weight loss and fitness training with my personal trainer after. 3 years and achieving great results, I decided to train as a personal trainer and change my life helping others achieve their goals.     Minimal equipment training provides the best results for weight loss, toning and endurance. I enjoy the journey taking clients from not knowing how to use their body confidently and changing that to someone who understands better their movement, muscles and how amazing the body is in achieving their goals.

    Clients range from the experienced exerciser wanting something out of the box to break their daily exercise routine, new gym clients daunted with machines and free weights or clients with specific training requirements for employment, rehabilitation or a better quality of life.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I became disheartened as a website developer and graphic designer so I sold my business  in favor of a more holistic health approach to my own fitness and the health of others.
