Pilates Reformer
This class is talk of the town designed to get your entire body working up a sweat. you’ll be guided through a wide variety of exercises performed on the reformer machine to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is more dynamic than Mat Pilates by adding resistance to the Pilates exercises. You’ll work muscles through a larger range of motion which is ideal for building and toning muscles as well increasing stability through the joints.
