Meet Robbie

Robbie is a Macquarie Park personal trainer. Robbie is a passionate and driven personal trainer who puts his clients first. Robbie has always led an active lifestyle, playing a wide variety of sports but with a speciality in rugby union and athletics. Despite not being the most naturally gifted sportsman, hard work, commitment and sacrifice saw Robbie become an integral member of his school's premiership winning 1st XV rugby teams well as captaining his school athletics team to inter-school championship victory. Robbie is currently a rugby coach of a local Colts (under 21) team as well as hamming it up as his University's official school mascot.

Since receiving his fitness qualifications from the Australian Institute of Fitness, Robbie has strived to motivate and instill the same qualities in his clients that he has learnt from his own experiences. Robbie is goal oriented and a highly motivated personal trainer who sees the results of his clients as a reflection of his own personal effort. Working in tandem with Robbie as a trainer will see you become equally committed to reaching your goals whilst maintaining a balance and happy lifestyle.

I provide personally tailored functional strength and conditioning training that is specifically designed to help achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight and increase lean muscle mass or have a particular sporting goal you want to achieve I can guide you through the ups and downs you will encounter on your journey.

A typical training session with me will leave you exhausted and physically drained but also motivated and satisfied from a rewarding experience that saw you push yourself to limits you didn't know were possible.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

Life should always be about enjoyment and having fun. Too often people are stuck in dead-end jobs or positions where they dread going to work each day. Being a fitness trainer is not a job, it's a lifestyle. I am passionate about fitness and training and being given the opportunity to assist other people reach their health and fitness goals is something that genuinely excites me.
