Meet Hannah

Hannah is a Macquarie Park personal trainer. Hannah is a Fitness Australia registered personal trainer with a certificate IV in fitness as well as an honours degree in Zoology. Hannah is also a registered Punchfit trainer and Level 1 Club weightlifting coach. She enjoys playing competitive soccer and has done so for many years. She was also a competitive swimmer as a child and teenager. Hannah's desire to help people training effectively to reach their health and fitness goals leads her to become a personal trainer and her background in evolutionary biology compliments her profession. She is currently studying for her doctorate in Environmental Science.

I take a holistic approach to training ensuring my clients are mindful of all the factors which influence their success at training. Functional exercises which take joints through their entire range of motion feature heavily in my training sessions which include structured and graded strength and agility workouts.

Functional strength including core strength and flexibility are achieved in my clients through participating in boxing, strength training and agility training.
