How much will you have to train?
The program consists of 12 weeks training, with a varying amount of workouts interspersed throughout the week. With 3-6 workouts a week as the usual amount, it’s easily manageable in a busy schedule!

What about food?
Meal plans and shopping lists are also included, making it a lot easier to manage your weight and feel more energetic throughout the day. However, this does mean that it’s entirely up to you to utilise the information and some of the meals may be time consuming. Only you can know for sure if you’ll be able to fit it all in, but know that if you can, you’ll be rewarded in the long run!

What’s the cost?
You can pay $18.90 a week, or $199 upfront for the program. It’s comparable to other programs, but it can still be a hit to the wallet. Ideally this program and a gym membership would go hand in hand, but if you have to choose between them, ask yourself whether or not you have the equipment necessary, or whether you’re able to motivate yourself.

How intense is it?
Unsurprisingly, getting Commando Fit isn’t an easy task. Intense workouts are the main focus, and many people will be turned off by its intensity. However, in order to maximize results, this may well be exactly what you need to get motivated!
