Why Fernwood Fitness? At Fernwood Women’s gym Gungahlin, we pride ourselves on being the experts in women’s fitness and weight management. Our purpose is simple - we exist to ‘empower women to shine’. Our Fernwood Gungahlin Women’s gym has been part of the Fernwood family since 2006 and recently in 2011 has undergone the new revamped Fernwood Facelift which includes updated cardio, cycle, aerobics studio and more. Our purpose is simple - we exist to ‘empower women to shine’. Fernwood Belconnen has been servicing the community at Westfield Belconnen since 2000. In May 2011, the Belconnen Club was re-launched in the new part of Westfield and is the first Fernwood Club to undergo the new revamped Fernwood Facelift.
