Meet Shirin

Shirin is a Coogee personal trainer. Shirin finally followed her passion to become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in 2014. Her nature motivates positive thoughts, this inspires those I train to reach their fitness goals in a friendly and supportive way. Health and fitness has become a serious focus in her life. As a fitness trainer she fully understand how amazing the benefits of exercise are. She really enjoys helping others find movement patterns that give them this sense of fulfilment. Shirin is an energetic positive person capable of strengthening your mind and channeling your daily actions.

Training Style & Influences

Warming up with dynamic stretching, followed by activating the core and glutes is key when doing resistance training. Range of motion and form takes absolute priority when working out. The workout will be finished with a cool down stretching. When doing HIIT, we warm up, HITT and stretch.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I wanted to make my passion for exercise my dream job. They say if you love your job, it doesn’t feels like working. I’m very motivated and passionate about helping others and put all my energy into helping them achieve their goals. It’s absolutely full filing to me to create a better health and body for myself and everyone who trains with me.
