guzzFIT Personal Training, Group Fitness and Boxing sessions are scheduled and sequenced using a highly tailored approach to maximise training efficiency and effectiveness.

With a clear understanding of someones current fitness level along with the goals they are seeking a guzzFIT trainer stimulates clients using a variety of techniques to motivate participants during fitness training sessions.

Training Style & Influences

After a warm-up process guzzFIT trainers mobilise the bodies of those in every fitness training session to the extent that they can maintain correct exercise form throughout the range of motion required for each exercise in the current session.
The exercise sequence scheduled is created to achieve the goals sought by each individual.
With energy and concentration levels high; functional free weight resistance training exercises are performed with prompts and spotting by guzzFIT trainers.
The latter segment of each fitness training session consists of; boxing, plyometric cardio and core activation activities.
During the final 5-10mins body heat is high yet energy and concentration levels are reduced; cooling down stretches and homework discussions take place.

    To become a Senior Centrality Health Consultant I needed to:
    1. Know that the origin and insertion of every muscle in the body is at an oblique angle and that all movement contains a rotational force along its path.
    2. Recognise that this rotating force must be accepted and emphasised for the body to work properly.

    My greatest specialty is teaching correct form, injury prevention and injury rehab.

    The sport of boxing requires exceptional understanding of the rotating forces a body generates, this is one of the reasons I enjoy boxing sparring every Saturday morning as well as the success I’ve achieved in keeping clients injury free no matter how often they train per week or how old they are!

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

Fitness training has always been an important part of my week.
I became a fitness trainer when it was confirmed to me that my personal and professional experiences would allow me to communicate how incredibly well personal fitness development snowballs positivity whilst stripping away negativity!
Fitness is essential in my week and I love to assist others reach their full potential.
