Meet Renee

Renee is a Springvale personal trainer. Renee started being active at an early age, participating in water skiing at the age of 7. As she developed, she moved to water speed-race skiing and by 16 was competing competitively at a national level. Around the same time, she started kickboxing, studying and learning Muay Thai for over 5 years. This helped her when she did a course in loss prevention/undercover security as she worked for major companies such as the world economic forum. During her time there she started her course in Personal Training which she always wanted to do because of her fitness background. She was mentored by Kevin from Greenhouse and now works there helping to change peoples lives through fitness.  

Training Style & Influences

I start with a body structure analysis to find deficiencies and build on strengthening and working towards each client's goals  by finding what they can or can't do. I help people tone through machine-work utilising Nautilus principles. I design a complete product giving out booklets regarding motivation, supplements and nutrition. My workouts are structured to give results.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Fitness - Gym Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
