Fitness Services

Genesis Fitness is the Fitness club for EveryBody! Our vision is to provide a professional and honest service superior to other fitness clubs. If you are wanting to get started on a new health program and not sure where to begin, our 24 hour Windsor gym is the place to start.

Our gym facility offers 24-hour gym access,  state of the art equipment and free weights, Over 50 classes per week inc. Windsor Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Les Mills, Windsor Zumba and more, dedicated functional training,  Coaching zone, On-site Windsor childcare, relaxing steam room and sauna,  Windsor personal training and so much more!

Gym Area

Supporting the community for over 10 years in our Windsor gym space, we are the fitness club for everybody. Our 24 hour Windsor gym provides a fully equipped training space include pin-loaded and plate -loading machines, squat racks, smith machines, free-weights and our functional training coaching zone.

Cardio Area/Theatre

The Windsor gym cardio area will cater for your all your cardio needs with treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, rowers, bikes and more. Enjoy cardio access any time of day with 24 hour Windsor gym access.

Free-Weights Area

Genesis Windsor gym provides a fully equipped free weights area. The free-weights area for all ages and abilities. Enjoy 24-hour Windsor gym and free-weight training access.

Aerobics Studio

The Genesis Windsor club provides over 50 classes per week. Whether its high energy classes such as Windsor Zumba and Les Mills, or relaxation classes such as Windsor Yoga, Pilates, and Barre, we have something for everyone.

Child-Care Area

Our Club is a family-friendly club with our large Windsor creche facilities operating 6-days per week plus our non-intimidating and community-feel makes us the perfect fit for beginner to advanced fitness and experience levels.

Coaching Zone

Coaching Zone is a fitness program that is a combination of training and coaching. We use the latest technology and techniques to take the guesswork out of achieving results during a 45-minute workout followed by 15 minutes of Coaching to review your progress and educate you on a range of lifestyle factors that can accelerate your results.

Functional HIIT Gym

The Coaching Zone group personal training sessions are run in our Functional HIIT gym area and cater to all fitness levels but are designed specifically to assist people who are new or coming back to exercise feel comfortable and be educated on the correct ways and intensities to train to help them achieve a sustainable training routine, which is the key to long-term results.

Personal Training

The role of our Windsor personal trainers is to teach you smarter ways to exercise that deliver RESULTS in a time-efficient manner. Our hand-picked selection of personal trainers have vibrant personalities and specialise in many fields of fitness.
