Gym Area

Genesis Belmont prides itself on its amazing facilities. The 700 sq/m open floor layout provides easy access to an extensive resistance area fully equipped with the latest range of weight machines. Our facility has the strength training equipment to meet any of our many members fitness goals.

Our 24 hour Belmont gym provides a fully equipped training space include pin-loaded and plate -loading machines, squat racks, smith machines, free-weights, olympic lifting platforms, functional training and more.

Cardio Area/Theatre

The Belmont gym cardio area will cater for your all your cardio needs with treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, rowers, bikes and more. Enjoy cardio access any time of day with 24 hour Belmont gym access.

Free-Weights Area

Genesis Belmont gym provides 700 sqm of free weights. The free-weights area for all ages and abilities. Enjoy 24-hour free-weight training access.

24/7 Gym Access

Use your Genesis Belmont 24/7 gym access and enjoy 24-hour access when you want. The club will continue to remain staffed during day and peak times, and the club will be unstaffed during off-peak times. All key areas of the club will be open during unstaffed hours, including gym, cardio theatre, heavy weights room, functional training and HIIT gym, full bathroom and shower facilities will also be available 24/7.

Reformer Pilates

Genesis Health + Fitness is rolling out Reformer Pilates nationally as part of our new Premium Membership package and Genesis Belmont now includes a Reformer Pilates studio.

Belmont Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, dynamic style of training that’s suitable for everybody and guaranteed to leave you feeling empowered and energised.

Our Reformer Pilates classes will take you through 14 Reformer Pilates exercises that might look easy but will really concentrate your balance, core strength and flexibility to deliver a full-body, leg-shaking workout that can test the fittest among us.
