Mark is a Preston personal trainer. Mark has always led an active lifestyle playing a wide variety of sports. Soccer was his main choice of sport and he has been playing since the early age of 6 years old. By the age of 16 he was playing in the national league of Australia.

What ever Mark likes to do, he always loves doing it to the maximum. One of his greatest strengths is setting goals and achieving them a practice he shares with all his clients so he can help them led a fit and healthy life something he lve

My training style is a mixture of boxing, weights and cardio. My goal is to push you to your maximum to achieve your big goals. As my client I will give you the resources, encouragement and support to find your strength and motivation to become a leaner, stronger and healthier you.
