Meet Allison

Allison is a Preston personal trainer. Allison grew up in a country town in New South Wales and competed in Netball and swimming at the State representative level throughout school which has played a significant role in her love and passion for all things health and fitness.

In 2012, Allison moved to Melbourne to concentrate on her career and experience the BIG city life. She completed her qualfiications in Canberra in 2005 and with over 7 years experience, she has been training ever since and loving it!

I am a strong believer in circuit training as it helps keep your heart rate up throughout the session and every muscle group is utilized and hit HARD!!

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I became a trainer because I discovered how good it feels to be at your best physically and mentally. I love to win and enjoy life and you can't do this if you're not training, eating healthy and being happy.
