Hi. I am Steven Pouniotis. A proud father, personal trainer and Wellness coach. I know the importance of health and wellbeing in our everyday lives and with Fitness Complete I am to make exercise a fun part of your life.
With over 16 years of experience, I have seen every 'fad' out there and base my Hawthorn East outdoor group fitness sessions and Canterbury indoor group fitness sessions on simple yet effective methods. Fitness Complete sessions are designed to:
- Burn 600+ calories per session
- Use a combination of strength, speed and agility training
- Incorporate research in burst and plyometrics training
- Challenge you in a non-intimidating environment.

Group Fitness @ Fitness Complete Hawthorn East
BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles,
music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.
NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!
NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout
they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints.
Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed
classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a
class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.
Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!
Outdoor Fitness Membership Details
At Fitness Complete Outdoor Group Fitness Hawthorn East, Fitness is not an expense but an investment in Good Health. We have a range of memberships to suit you.
Complete Gold (unlimited):
Entitles Fitness Complete members to participate in any of their preferred sessions. There are up to as many as 10 sessions to choose from a week.
Complete Silver(two):
Entitles Fitness Complete members to participate in any two of their preferred sessions per week. A missed session can be made up with another session at any time, members are advised to contact trainer prior to session when this is the case.
Complete Bronze(one):
Entitles Fitness Complete members to participate in any one session of their preference per week. A missed session can be made up with another session at any time, members are advised to contact the trainer prior to session when this is the case.
