At Fit Express Reservoir, all our members get 24/7 Reservoir gym access to our state-of-the-art facilities. In addition to convenient 24/7 access, we have staff on hand 52 weeks a year during designated staff hours.

Monday and Wednesday - 6am to 12noon & 4pm to 9pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 9am to 12 noon & 4pm to 9pm
Friday - 9am to 1pm
Saturday - 9am to 12noon  
Sunday & Public holidays - No Staff
