Meet Jacquelyn

Jacquelyn is a Seven Hills personal trainer. Jacquelyn is a Blacktown personal trainer. Jacquelyn has always been involved in physical activity having grown up as a classical dancer and playing many sports throughout her school years. When she left school she played competitive roller hockey as well as basketball.

While raising her family, Jacquelyn maintained her fitness by participating in various fitness classes. Jacquelyn has always had an interest for the health and fitness industry so when presented with the opportunity to be part of it, she took it as a personal trainer.

Jacquelyn loves to see women reach their true potential and believe everyone is capable of way more than they think. Completing her studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness she also adds a qualification in boxing and kick boxing. Currently she is continuing to push her fitness limits and is training for a figure competition.

Training Style & Influences

Boxing is one of my favourite ways to train and I include this in a lot of my personal training sessions. I have done a lot of work with Emazon training over the past 2 years which has been instrumental in my own body transformation through a combination of boxing, plyometrics and alternative style training. A clean diet is also necessary.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I became a personal trainer because I believe in a strong fit body to carry you through life. I love to train and it drives me to help others. I also believe in a strong mind. Training your mind and your body will follow. Everything is possible if you want it badly enough and are willing to do whatever it takes. It's my job (and pleasure) to give you that push.
