Meet Sarah

Sarah is a Gungahlin personal trainer. After playing elite softball, I fell in love with the Fitness Industry. I started weight training at the ago of 14 and have never looked back. Thanks to one of my teachers in college, I then became a Personal Trainer. I love my job and the results and benefits from it. I’m currently a Uni Student as well as a CIT Student finishing off my diploma in Fitness.

    I have a wide variety of skills as a trainer, which I have developed over my 6 years of experience. I like knowing that I can give my clients anything they may need to achieve their goals. Working with women especially I have a big focus around core strength and balance, but I also take some clients down the road of HIIT (high intensity interval training) if that is what they are looking for. I can also help clients with body sculpting preparation if that is their goal.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I love to help my clients achieve their goals, what ever they may be and it is the most rewarding experience for me. I like teaching and educating women how to feel and use their bodies correctly so that every experience they have in the gym is the best one they can have in regards to effective exercise, producing ultimate results.
