Meet Nina

Nina is a Gungahlin personal trainer. I am a 25 year old graduate Exercise and Sport Scientist Personal Trainer who has 4 year experience in the health and fitness industry. My expertise lie predominantly with special needs populations and individuals who prefer or require special guidance in their training – predominantly exercise rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries or management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or obesity.

I also implement expert programs of a sport-specific nature as well as preparing for specific fitness-related events such as fun runs/ marathons/ body sculpting.
I have the capacity to tailor programs specifically for my individual clients in order to achieve optimal benefits out of the training.

This is my passion – to make training and exercise a lifestyle decision, to become a day-to-day routine – and enjoy it!

I have always been health focused and fitness oriented as long as I can remember and it is my pleasure to pass on my experience, advice and knowledge onto my clients.

Training Style & Influences

Having an exercise physiology background influences me to be technique-focused and pay particular attention to training detail at every aspect of the ongoing training – from applying exercise principles that are individually tailored right through to nutrition.
Corrective exercise is my specialty so you would never feel as though your form or technique is compromised whilst pushing your body to its limits.
