Meet Annette

Annette is a Campbelltown personal trainer. Annette obtained her certification at the Australian Institute of Fitness with a specialisation in Older Adult training. She is also qualified as a master trainer giving her the qualification to work anywhere in the world. Anette's passion is not only restricted to one on one personal training. Anette is also a qualified group fitness instructor teach Les Mills Body Pump, Freestyle Cycle and Boxing. Highly qualified, Annette also brings with her competitive soccer experience. Being a mother, Annette understands the importance of being fit and active. After falling into the weight gain trap after birth, Annette turned her own life around and wanted to help other women regain their weight and fitness and help them believe they can achieve any goals.

My training session are developed for the specific goals of the client though I enjoy giving the client a variety of strength and cardio to keep them motivated and interested e.g. Boxing and cardio drills, plyometric training, mixing strength with cardio e.g. Burpees

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

After being active and then stopping and having children, I fell into the trap of gaining weight. I turned that all around and wanted to help other women regain there weight and fitness and to believe they can achieve their goals weight wise and fitness wise.
