Meet Sarah

Sarah is a Blacktown personal trainer. Thoroughly enjoying all forms of physical activities whilst growing up, Sarah found working within the sports and exercise industry a natural stepping stone for her. During her senior years at high school, Sarah excelled at theory based knowledge for personal development, health and phyiscal education (PDHPE), which led her to develop her knowledge in the field further.

With her natural inclination for the sports and exercise field, and a family history of cardiovascular disease losing numerous family as a result, Sarah found a strong passion for her field helped educate people about the risk factors and how they can be prevented through exercise. Sarah sees exercise as an ailment to improve mood, self esteem and quality of life! She believes exercise shouldn't be a chore! It's a way of life!

Training Style & Influences

Thoroughly enjoying participating in a weights based exercise program, I base my training on lifting weights, strength training, body weight exercise and plyometric training for the advanced and experienced client.

  • Certificate IV in Fitness - Personal Trainer
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport and Exercise Science) at the University of Western Sydney

    Currently working in a women's health club focusing on empowering women to reach their goals - more specifically, through  weighs and functional strength programs. I have worked with a number of women who want to love weights, tone up and improve their strength. Also obese clients who want to improve their quality of life.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I wanted to combine my passion for physical activity, along with helping people. I thought what better a way to help people especially when it comes to their health, than to become a great trainer. It is really rewarding to see people reach their goals and help educate them into knowledge they will take with them for the rest of their lives.
