Meet Andrew

Andrew is a Dandenong personal trainer. I competed in athletics during my high-school years and participated in football, soccer and volleyball teams. Following high-school, I was in the Army Reserves for a couple of years. I enjoyed the discipline and fitness aspects during my time at the Army Reserves and shortly after my time there, I decided to become a trainer and got my qualifications (Certificate III & IV in Fitness) to start Personal Training.

Since then, I have been professionally competing as a bodybuilder and working at Doherty’s Gym and I’m loving every minute of it.

Training Style & Influences

I’ve adapted a very disciplined style, coming from an Army background. I also incorporate Boxing principles in my sessions. I always aim to have a unique approach to my sessions and strive to set trends (in terms of training techniques) rather than follow them.

My sessions aren’t just about training, they are just as much about stress release and improving your lifestyle, in such a way so as to allow you to apply the things we go through during our sessions in your day-to-day life.
