Formerly Mike's gym Dandenong, now Doherty's gym. Our mission is to smash the boundaries, to do it bigger and better and to do it our way. To achieve this we provide an ever improving, unique and motivating atmosphere. An environment where athletes and individuals, with a common goal of self improvement can congregate and share in knowledge and experience. They will not be restrained by time of day, or by pathetic fitness industry trends and standards, but by their desire to be their best.

Doherty's Gym Dandenong Gym Overview
Doherty's gym Dandenong houses two separate gyms. Our fitness gym area allows members to experience a more relaxed and less intimidating atmosphere and is perfect for those just starting to train and for fitness enthusiasts. Whilst our separate body-building gym is designed for serious training. Plenty of friendly people are around who know what they are doing and are willing to help other members. We have enough weights and machines to satisfy even the most demanding workouts, with our dumb-bells going up to an amazing 200 pounds! We also have a fully stocked supplement shop to cater for all your training needs, together with a cafe area.
