Fitness Services

Bundoora Netball and Sports Centre’s Fitness Centre is blessed with a range of quality equipment and a friendly and qualified team of fitness instructors. Our experienced, professional and friendly personal trainers are on hand to help you one-on-one with achieving your personal health and fitness goals. Our fully equipped facility provides a full range of fitness and sporting activities for the whole Bundoora community.

Gym Area

A complete Fitness Centre upgrade has just been completed in 2008, and we can safely say that Bundoora Netball & Sports Centre is the most up to date Fitness Centre in the area. With a range of quality equipment and a friendly and qualified team of Fitness Instructors in our Bundoora gym, exercising will have never been this enjoyable.  

Cardio Area/Theatre

We have a variety of cardio vascular equipment for your endurance workouts. Offering treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, steppers, rowers and 20% more cardio in our Bundoora gym, you will find yourself enjoying your exercise without the expensive price tags of other clubs.

Free-Weights Area

The spacious free-weights area is fully equipped with dumbbells, barbells, benches, squat-racks, power-racks for all your strength-training needs.

Aerobics Studio

Bundoora Netball & Sports Centre has a range of group fitness classes which are run in our sprung multi-purpose room and are available free to members. Group Fitness is a fantastic and an enjoyable way to sweat it out with friends. With a range of different classes to choose from, you are sure to find many excuses to come and participate. Cycle Studio

All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability and can be accessed on a casual basis. Our cycle classes will keep your heart pumping with intense and enjoyable workouts. See our timetable below for running times in our Bundoora gym.

Members Lounge

A comfortable and relaxing space, the Bundoora Netball and Sports Centre members lounge is a popular spot for students, staff and friends to meet up before engaging in exercise. Have a quiet read or a quick snack before enjoying a sporting activity or fitness class.

Personal Training

Tired of training solo? Need a new boost? Want a change in your program but don’t know just what to do? Or are you new to exercise and too scared to go it alone? Personal Training is just what you need at our Bundoora gym.

Personal Training in Bundoora will help you reach your goals faster, motivate you to keep going, add variety to your training program and give you the confidence to progress your training to our strength-training pieces of equipment. By working one-on-one with our Personal Trainers at the Bundoora Netball & Sports Centre you will stay motivated and focused in gaining a healthy lifestyle and you will begin to feel like a different person.
