Run by the experienced and friendly Charlie Degabriele, at Bayside Outdoor Fitness St Kilda you can achieve your health and fitness goals while training by the bay in the fresh sea air. The location will absolutely inspire you. You will experience fun, yet challenging training with like-minded people.  

We know visiting a gym can often be intimidating and leave you feeling less than motivated, so we have done away with:

- Overbearing instructors

Instead, at BOF St Kilda you will:

- Get to train in some of the most beautiful local outdoor spaces
- Be encouraged by working out with family and friends in a small group environment

Our sessions include cardio, boxing, HIIT, stretching and toning in a ‘bootcamp’ style without the ‘bootcamp’ intimidation.

As your personal trainer, I am committed to helping everyone achieve their individual goals while training in a friendly, non-intimidating and motivated group environment. BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles, music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.

NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!

Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes.
