Meet Petar

Petar is a Mornington personal trainer. Peter was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago and decided to throw in the 9 – 5 working career in engineering to gain a better quality of life in line with his passion for training. His fight with cancer led him to live a fitter and healthier lifestyle. He now has been a gym manager for 2 years, helping people achieve what he achieved. His more active approach to fitness also gives him a chance to personal train people with over 5 years one on one personal training experience in various fitness clubs. As a former competitive kick boxer and past Australian Brazilian Jujitsu Champion, he knows what it takes  to get to the top, to change your lifestyle and reach your goals.

Training Style & Influences

I try to make my sessions enjoyable but as a former Brazilian Jujitsu Champion, I emphasise correct technique and goal setting which are specific and achievable. Training with bodybuilders and leading martial artists I incorporated a variation of bodybuilding training and martial art mentality to equip you with the tools to achieve your goals.

  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness.
  • Physical training instructor with over 9 years experience
  • Over 5 years one on one personal training in various fitness clubs
  • Former Competitive Kickboxer
  • Past Australian Brazilian Jujitsu Champion

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

Diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago, I felt a need for a change in my life. Have always had a strong training background so as I changed my lifestyle to become more fit and healthier, I felt the urge to share this experience with others. I am now a gym manager and help people achieve their goals as I did mine.
