Our state of the art Elsternwick gym has been servicing the community for over 30 years and provides a fully equipped gym space with a range of Life Fitness equipment. Our recently added hi-performance Dynamic Functional Cage from Panetta is a perfect place for all your strength training needs whether you are squatting, deadlifting or Olympic lifting. Our Elsternwick gym has also recently added a functional training FIT Zone to keep up with all the latest trends in fitness. Our functional training equipment includes kettlebells, a sled track, tyres, suspension ropes, upright punching bags, plyo boxes, farmers walk handles, power bags, agility hurdles, medicine balls and so much more.
