Why Your Gym?

Your Gym is a smaller, more intimate gym where staff care about each individual member - most importantly you.

If you have ever been dissatisfied with the impersonal service in bigger gyms, or you've never been to a gym before but know you should, then your gym is the place for you.

Your Gym prides itself on providing a highly personal service in a family friendly atmosphere.

Membership Details

All Your Gym memberships allow access to the entire gym and all group classes.

There are several membership options with the main emphasis to keep the process as simple and hassle free as possible. Memberships can be paid upfront or via fortnightly direct debit and there are discounts for full time students and pensioners.

There is a joining fee of $99 upon commencement of memberships to cover the associated administration costs of signing up. Upon joining, every member receives a start up pack which includes a Your Gym;

• Drink Bottle • Key Ring • Wristband • Lanyard

Included in membership, every member also receives:

• A detailed consultation with a fitness instructor to discuss your needs and set goals

• A comprehensive fitness assessment to obtain your overall health and fitness position

• A personalised written program to help you reach your goals

• Ongoing reviews of your progress so new programs can be written
