Owned and operated by the City of Kingston, Waves Leisure Centre has something for every member of the family.

At Waves Leisure Centre you will discover a state of the art Health and Fitness Centre with a fully equipped Highett gym. This is complimented by an extensive selection of wellness and fitness classes including yoga, pilates and energising Les Mills programs.

Waves Leisure Centre also has water based activities and a pool for everyone. The 50 Metre Pool is great for lap swimmers and aqua aerobic classes. While the Learn to Swim Pool is heated to 32 degrees all year round.

There's also the Wave and Toddler Pools, where the ever changing water environments range from bubbles to water showers and, of course, the waves, which run regularly throughout the day. You can also enjoy a relaxing experience in our spas, sauna or steamroom.

If you'd like your child to learn to swim, or perhaps you'd like to learn to swim yourself, then our Aquatic Education Program is a great place to start. Our extensive selection of swim classes range from babies (6 months and over) to adults, and cater for all levels of ability, skill and confidence.  We have also adopted the Life Saving Victoria Swim and Survive Program.

While you spend time getting active, your kids can also enjoy the Waves Creche registered by the Department of Human Services.

We also support the older adults with the Fabulous 50s program where they can get active while in a social setting. The Teen FItness program encouraging all young people to get active and the Special Needs Fitness Program Reactive and Sweat.
