Meet Susie

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a personal trainer is building great relationships with my clients. I have retained most of my clients from the beginning and I take immense satisfaction in observing the progress of each individual.

Personal training is the perfect way to combine my love of fitness and exercise with my passion for helping people be their best. I take a lot of pride in genuinely caring about and listening to my clients and creatively tailoring a program to suit their individual needs and goals.

It is my genuine belief that everyone, regardless of their motivation, age, fitness level or special circumstances, can enjoy the healthier, longer life that accompanies real and measurable results.

Training Style & Influences

Using biologically natural (real life) movements. I believe that the most effective muscle strengthening and building exercises are the ones that use your muscles the way they were designed to work: in co-ordinated action.

All the benefits you want from strength training come from creating bigger, stronger and more powerful muscles. Those muscles will help you control your weight (through increased metabolism), protect against injuries and roll back the aging process.
