Meet Sarah

As a Personal Trainer, my aim is to assist people in finding a sustainable, balanced way of incorporating fitness into their lifestyles.

My sporting history has covered softball, netball, competitive aerobics, martial arts, and of course, weight training. I've been working in the fitness industry since 1999 and have worked in a range of centres including South Pacific Health Club, the YMCA, Melbourne University Sport, and Fitness First.

With 5 years experience in corporate design and advertising, I know the adverse effect that computer oriented business has on our health. Over the past 3 years I've made fitness my #1 priority and have switched careers to have an active role in the health of the local community.

    As a Martial Artist I also offer boxing for cardiovascular improvement, and stretching for the development of flexibility.
