Meet Dimi
A Trainer with 20 years experience in the the Health and Fitness Industry. I am a person with passion for my clients' wellbeing and fitness goals. Most of my current clients I have been training on a long term basis; it motivates me when I see their commitment and dedication to their training. I personally love that I can work intensely with someone and bring to life a whole new perspective on their wellness. Using a gamut of equipment, training can become an enjoyable and important part of your week.
I approach life from a wholistic perspective, there is no enjoyable element if one does not take time to nurture all aspects as well as the physical. Breathing techniques and meditation are important for a focused and more balanced body and mind.

consistent, committed, educational and driven workouts that change and evolve as results are achieved.Cross training and a wholistic approach is my key to success. Using various Pilates equipment, swiss balls, the Gymstick, boxing, cardio and some gym equipment workouts suddenly become non stop acheivable action and fun.
