Meet Ben

I have been involved intensely in health and fitness for the last 10 years and have had, like most people, had my ups and downs.

My most recent sporting/coaching experience includes 7 winters as a ski and snowboard coach and training in Muay Thai boxing and western boxing (3 fights). I Am currently training to add muscle mass and cycling regularly.

Earlier this year I competed as a male model and finished top 3 in the Bent Coverboy final.

My downs have shown me the importance of meditation, diet and self understanding in health, and that being healthy and looking great are a state of mind.  

Training Style & Influences

I like to challenge my clients in our training sessions. I like people to feel that they are going to achieve more than they think is possible when in my presence. I like to understand and become involved with the your life and understand what makes you tick.

Qualifications

  • Certified Canadian Alpine ski coach and instructor
  • Certified canadian snowboard instructor
  • Cert 4 personal training
