Why Sunshine Leisure Centre Sunshine?
The $9.7 million redevelopment of the Sunshine Leisure Centre is one of the largest projects ever undertaken by Brimbank City Council, making it one the largest fitness facilities in Sunshine. The facility is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable exercise environment for the community and offers a wide range of facilities and services including:
- Gym fully equipped with cardio, pin loaded and free weight equipment
- Program room for Group Fitness classes with extensive timetable including Les Mills classes
- Indoor leisure pool with beach entry and ramp
- Steam room and spa
- A colourful new creche with outside play area
- A bright new café with a range of healthy selections
- Indoor and outdoor change rooms
- Fully accessible change rooms suitable for family groups/people with disabilities
- Access for people with disabilities and mature age clients
- Car parking (limit 3 hours)
- Heated outdoor 25 metre pool and children's splash park (December to March)
- Outdoor area with shade, lawn areas, seating and a complimentary BBQ
- Swimming programs, teen fitness, older adult programs and much much more!
We cater for people of all levels of fitness, from the beginner to the athlete - Sunshine Leisure Centre is fun and enjoyment for the whole community!

Gym Membership Details
|
The Sunshine Leisure Centre offers a range of flexible membership options including:
- Brimbank Gold - full access at the Sunshine and St Albans Leisure Centres
- Brimbank Silver - full access at the Sunshine Leisure Centre
- Brimbank Bronze - aquatic access at the Sunshine Leisure Centre
We also offer Family, Living Longer Living Stronger for 50 years and over, 60+ Young At Heart, Senior Aquatic, Corporate and Teen Fitness memberships.
Flexible terms range from casual, 3, 6 or 12 month memberships depending on your needs. Direct Debit payment options available.
As a member our fully qualified staff will take you through a fitness appraisal and tailor a workout program to suit your personal needs.

- Minimum age is 16 (excluding Teen Fitness)
- Membership card must be presented on each visit
- Hand Towel must be used on each visit for personal hygiene
- Joining Fees apply for all new memberships
- Medical clearance required for new members over 45 years of age

The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYPUMP™ class with fresh choreography and music.
