Conveniently located in the Sandringham Leisure Centre and surrounded by golf courses this club has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There are hundreds of car parks servicing the centre which also includes the Southern BasketBall Association, a bustling cafe, pro shop and a leading sports medicine clinic and the highly regarded Klim Swim School.

Re-Creation Health Club itself provides a huge range of classes, programs and facilities which have recently undergone a $500,000 refurbishment. Even though our facilities are outstanding they are second only to the quality of our instructors and staff who represent the cream of Melbourne's fitness professionals.

Gym Membership Details

If you want to lose weight , tone up, relieve stress, improve your health, increase your fitness and have more energy - Relax - you can experience all these benefits and more.

All you need to do is come in and get started.

Service - Members receive 3 initial  "one on one" sessions with our gym instructors who will design and lead you through a customised gym program. Ongoing program updates every 6 weeks are included in membership.

Payment Method - We offer convenient fortnightly payments which represent excellent value.

Suspension - Memberships can be suspended so that you don't pay for time when you cannot visit the club.

Cancellation - Following an agreed minimum term all memberships can be cancelled with just 14 days notice in writing.

IHRSA FACE 2 FACE PROGRAM

Each new member will be introduced to the Face 2 Face program. THe Face 2 Face program combines 10 years of research to assure the client gym relationship is a successful one.

You will recieve a Face 2 Face resource pack which includes unique consultations to help educate you to keep you on track to getting results.

This is another way we fulfil our promise to you.

Via our association with Klim Swim all members are able to us the 25 meter pool for lap swimming. We also run a popular aqua aerobics program with fantastic instructors and lots of fun. See timetable for class times.

BODYATTACK(TM) is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYATTACK(TM) class with fresh choreography and music.
