Meet Martell

Martell is a South Melbourne personal trainer. Martell has always had a love for sports and fitness and in particular soccer. After identifying his own passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness, he studied out of the Australian Institute of Fitness where he graduated with a certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. Martell has a vibrant personality and stage presence. He also works as a part-time actor with a recent appearance in the UnderBelly television series. He loves to perform and continues to do so as a Les Mills BodyPUMP instructor daily at Re-Creation Health Clubs South Melbourne.

Training Style & Influences

I like to plan my sessions carefully to maximise results and ensure my clients are having fun. I use cardio-based training to increase their heart rate and help them shed those pounds and get into shape.
