All members commence their fitness journey with ‘Start-Up’, which is a customised gymnasium program with 3 initial personal appointments with expert fitness professionals. Regular appointments to review programs and to reassess fitness levels ensure that goals are achievable. Dietary guidelines, nutrition, weight loss and our very successful ‘reduce program’ have helped many people.

Description
BODYBALANCE(TM) is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYBALANCE(TM) class with fresh choreography and music.
