Re-Creation Armadale has been serving the local community for over 30 years. In 2002 the club was awarded Australia’s Number 1 Health Club. There is a huge range of fitness classes and programs catering for all ages and fitness levels. The club has amazing positive energy and is friendly and non-intimidating.

Re-Creation is renowned for having Melbourne’s top instructors. Our Armadale club is the only club in Melbourne to have Les Mills Master Trainers for every program instructing classes for our members. A unique personal Training program is a key feature of our club.

Membership Details
We have over 40 fully qualified and experienced personal trainers who can help you to achieve your goals. All our members commence with our gym start-up program that is customised to your needs. Nutritional weight loss goals are integrated with your exercise program.

All you need to do is come in and get started.

Service - Members receive 3 initial  "one on one" sessions with our gym instructors who will design and lead you through a customised gym program. On going program updates every 6 weeks are included in membership.

Payment Method - We offer convenient fortnightly payments which represent excellent value.

Suspension - Memberships can be suspended so that you don't pay for time when you cannot visit the club.

Cancellation - Following on agreed minimum term all memberships can be cancelled with just 14 days notice in writing.

BODYATTACK(TM) is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYATTACK(TM) class with fresh choreography and music.
