Completed at the Australian Institute of Fitness my training style has been influenced by some of the best personal trainers, instructors and presenters in the fitness industry. Along with my personal study in training methods and nutrition, I give my clients a solid 30 min personal training session, with proven compound strength training and cardio vascular workouts designed for each individual.
All my training includes correct technique, careful spotting and strong motivation.

Olivia has always been active in fitness, starting Taekwondo at the age of 10. By 14 she was competing at a national level and received her black belt at 16. By the age of 18 she moved into the sport of European handball. She quickly progressed in the sport, training at the Queensland Academy of Sports. She represented Australia at an international level, leading her to 3 world championship appearances for the Australian national women's handball team. Her ability to compete at high levels took a toll on her body having to have a knee reconstruction and a brain haemorrhage forced to her to pull the plug as an elite athlete. She rehabilitated herself to compete in one last championship but continued injures forced her to move on. She began working with Coach Approach who employ elite athletes to run sports programs in schools and for corporate events. She worked as an athlete there for 6 years then managed the company for 2 years.
