My training sessions are all about the client. What ever you are after, I aim to guide you and deliver. I try to get out as much as possible and like to add a lot of variety and mix things up trying not to do the same exercise all the time. In the gym I incorporate free-weights training, cardio boxing, sling and pulley bodyweight exercises and more. Outdoors I like to incorporate stair climbing, walking lunges, circuit style session on the Re-Creation Carnegie gym balcony or local parks. Training Style & Influences
My training is influenced by my background in dance so I do use a lot of exercises that use core and balance. I also love educating my clients and members about the importance of stretching and improving their flexibility. Every clients' goals are different so I will set out a program which will suit their needs and ensure that their fitness goals are achieved.

Paola is a Clayton personal trainer. Paola has been playing Soccer since she was nine years of age and she has always loved to be active. Being involved in Sport has given Paola the opportunity to travel around Australia, with State teams and also to be trained by some of the best soccer and fitness trainers in the State. Paola was inspired to become a trainer by a particular trainer who trained her in 2007. Paola feels very fortunate to then be given a chance to work for Fernwood gym, where she has worked ever since. Not only the friendly and passionate team but also its members make coming to work so easy and enjoyable for her. In 2010, Paola started teaching boxing classes, which she feels is a good way for members to take their training to the next level. Paola is very passionate about personal training and she believes that the most important thing about fitness is to enjoy what you are doing because it makes it much easier to reach your fitness goals.

My training style is influenced by my background in soccer. I love training outdoors and group work. Working in teams is great for encouragement and gives you the chance to push yourself that little bit more. My training style incorporates lots of body weight exercises and plyometrics with free weights to progress the exercises. Core stability is also a primary focus in my sessions. I bring variety into my sessions and ensure that as well as working hard my clients are also having fun during their workout.
