Meet Anna!
I started as an extremely unfit person. At the age of 20, I had a serious car accident which left me with a serious, progressively degenerative spinal injury which caused me many years of pain. In trying to find a solution for the pain, I started to exercise, which opened me up to meeting new people who were very understanding. I undertook a mild, sensitive and slow approach to exercise which resulted in gradual improvements. Through exercise I learned how to manage my pain and this sparked my interests in why the body changes so I studied to be a aerobics/gym instructor which was a great accomplishment for me due to the pain. I worked at different gyms for more than 12 years and was concerned why people were getting very little results. I believe there is only one chance to inspire someone into fitness, and that is a great responsibility. So I further studied to become a personal trainer - with my experiences and my beliefs in fitness, I put all my energy into changing people's lives with permanent changes that result in ongoing health and fitness with no quick fixes. I set my goals to first get 10 clients and change their lives. When I achieved this I set to start my own Health and Well Being Studio which is Move It or Lose It. My goals now are to educate and tell everyone about fitness while I continue to educate myself, having so far completed more than 50+ courses.

My training is very functional, stressing the importance of using personal training to improve life skills. I help you develop your strength, ability and mobility based on what you do in your life either from work or sporting demands, such as lifting, carrying or even sitting so that getting fit becomes functional and not just 'empty exercise'.

Isis has 15 years experience in dance, studying at a nationally recognised school in modern jazz and creative dance. She enjoys movement and having fun with dance and has found personal training to be an avenue where she can teach dance and movement to kids and young people. She continues to teach dance at a local church while she personal trains. As she has been weight training for many years, she has always loved strength training and she feels it is essential for life especially for women. Isis is working to break the perception of weights and encourage people to do it through education and practice, keeping things simple and not complicating them.

A lot of training is about weight loss. My speciality is I KEEP YOU MOVING, keep your heart rate up and I work out the level where your body gets into using fat reserves and efficient weight loss. I also focus on stability and controlling every movement in your body for strength benefits and balance to produce a well rounded fitness routine. I like to keep things creative and keep challenging you in my sessions to keep you moving.

Meet Natalie!
Natalie has always been involved in fitness and the gym culture, regularly training and participating in group fitness classes for several years. She was exposed to personal training when her close friend decided to use a personal trainer and invited Natalie for support. She has never looked back since and enjoyed the benefits of being personal trained for over 4 and a half years. The experience she had from personal training led her to pursue a career in personal training herself to replicate those results to others. She studied part time while working full-time in her office job and when she became qualified she worked at Move it or Lose Personal Training Narre Warren under the mentoring support of Anna Logan. She is currently completing a qualification at the Pilates Institute of Australia. In 2008 she gave birth to her first child, closed the book on her office job, and is now currently working to excel in personal training and pilates.

Training Style & Influences
My training is based around pilates principles to improve clients' core body structure through controlled muscle, body balance and breathing awareness to improve your everyday health and well-being. I like to use a combination of cardio and strength-based exercises with pilates principles in my sessions to give clients variety while improving their fitness for everyday life. I also use these methods in my indoor group fitness training and outdoor bootcamps.

Kerry has always enjoyed the fitness lifestyle and keeping fit for as long as she could remember. She enjoys the energy and whole well-being it gives and wants to share this with others. Throughout her life she has been actively involved in netball but stopped after her 5th child. Now she enjoys participating in fun runs running her first in 2004 doing the San Remo challenge when her 5th child was only 4 months old. With 5 loving children, she has gone through the ups and downs of pregnancy and understands the challenge it takes to get your body back after having children. By being in the gym environment for more than 20 years, she has been able to achieve this after 5 times! and now wishes to help others achieve this same goal. Working with mothers after birth, she really appreciates the challenge they face and can relate. After 5 children, she is still active and accomplishing goals looking to compete in her first triathlon in the near future.

My training style is based on my experience. I enjoy getting involved with doing activities such as boxing, fitball, core strength and balance, cardio and weights. I enjoy helping them find their limits and pushing past them. Also love having a laugh with my clients. You can't be too serious. But we will get sweaty together as we achieve your goals.

I’ve adapted a very disciplined style, coming from an Army background. I also incorporate Boxing principles in my sessions. I always aim to have a unique approach to my sessions and strive to set trends (in terms of training techniques) rather than follow them.

Callum has always been active in fitness, participating in various sports from swimming, athletics, martial arts, basketball and gymnastics since the age of 3. My Kung Fu Instructor background has influenced my training methods. I focus a lot on function, performance and visualisation. I analyse a person to see what they need. As a result of my many experiences in sports throughout my life, I have a good understanding of many different types of movements and performance levels.
My background has taught me to choose a lot of body weight exercises to use in my sessions, not just your traditional exercises done on machines.
