Meet Carlos!
Carlos has always been involved in sports and fitness and has played footy in the Essendon district football league since he was 10 and currently plays for Roxbourgh Park. He has also played basketball at rep level for Hume and has played soccer in Brunswick.
In 2005, Carlos survived a serious car accident and rehabilitated himself through hard work and determination. Shortly after, he realised his passion for fitness and what he could do to help people change their lives for the better.

Greg started as a junior soccer coach in Sunbury and has had more than 12 years experience in fitness. He got into training for general fitness and health.
Greg was unhappy with his day to day job and realised he just wanted to work with people closely to help improve their lives. So he turned his passion for fitness into a full time job and has been personal training clients since 2006.

Greg is a tough, yet supportive on his clients and he mentally prepares them to succeed by not allowing them to make excuses for themselves. As a junior coach Greg learned how to bring the best out of children while keeping them responsive and motivated and he uses this knowledge and experience to keep clients engaged. He uses boxing, resistance, core stability and cardio throughout his sessions.

Paul was in the Army for 5 years and served in Iraq, after which he worked in aged care as a Health & Lifestyle officer.
Following this period, his passion and enjoyment of fitness and helping people led him to open his own personal training studio in Moonee Ponds.

I like to mix it up to make each session enjoyable and interesting. Boxing, body weight resistance, cardio, running, jumping and explosive movements using the outdoors and parks. Weight loss sessions vary immensely and may include boxing cardio, circuits and resistance training methods, as well as nutritional guidance.

Training Style & Influences
I have a strong sporting background in a variety of sports. Some of the warm-ups I do with my clients are basketball drills, netball drills and football drills. I also include stretching at the end of a session as I have a dancing background. The sports I have played have been very high intensity so I like to bring that intensity into my training sessions.

Mark has participated in team and solo sports all his life including basketball, baseball and martial arts. He has achieved a state level championship in wrestling in 1996 and competed on a state level in basketball. He then started training in the gym environment himself and helped gym-goers as they trained. After seeing a not-so-good Personal Trainer at his local gym, he thought he could do a much better job in teaching people what he knows. This led Mark to study Personal Training at the Australian Fitness Academy (AFA) in 2004. With this continual learning, he feels great about helping people to feel better about themselves.

My training style is about functional movements and overall body strength. In the past I have played basketball and other team sports so I understand the value of all over power and balance. Building strength from the inside out I help ensure stabilising muscles are getting as much of a workout as target muscles groups.

Romney has had an athletic career representing North Queensland in Rugby Union, culminating in a highly successful 2 week tour of NZ and has excelled by becoming Best and Fairest for the Moorabbin Rugby League Club. After 13 years of working in the hospitality industry he knew it was time for a change. After he became qualified as a personal trainer, he looked around and eventually found the New Level systems to be the best by a long shot. The rest they say is history and now he enjoys helping people become better than what they presently are through fitness and nutrition.
