She has always been an outdoor girl and it was here where Erin first discovered her love of sport, a love that has followed her throughout life. From netball and tennis to bike riding and cross-country running, Erin has always been active, which is the way she intends to stay. Erin returned to Melbourne where she become a Master Trainer qualified at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Erin has been exposed to the many health issues and associated problems prominent in today's society which are preventable and she wanted to join the fight to eradicate them. Erin has a special interest in reducing the risk of Type 2 Diabetes in today’s population, as she has seen the terrible effect this can have on people’s health and lifestyle.

Before starting work as a trainer, Tania worked in a corporate environment as a Marketer for various companies including Red Bull KTM, Athletics Australia, Excellerate Sports management and Fresh Peaks. A highly motivated person, she is always looking for a challenge. Growing up in the country, sport always played an integral role in her life and played netball, basketball and tennis for her local team before joining a gym in 2001 where training has since been part of her every day life. Having travelled extensively, living in both Africa and England her passion for motorsport saw her travel to Australia before finally settling in Newcastle where she worked full time at the University and spent weekends travelling to Sydney to attend motor race meets where she worked with race car drivers to assist and promote their careers. In 2005 Tania returned to Melbourne where she worked for Athletics Australia over the 2006 Commonwealth Games period. It was this experience that sparked her passion for getting the best from every person she came in contact with and personal training was the best way to do this on a personal level. Her love for sports and for helping people inspired her to study with the AIF (Australian Institute of Fitness) and she has never looked back. Tania is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and has a personality clients instantly warm to. She understands what motivates her clients and works with them to reach their full training potential and achieve their goals. Her training is challenging but enjoyable and results in her clients being inspired to continue to challenge themselves outside of their training sessions. Masha is a Melbourne personal trainer. Masha moved to Australia five years ago from Russia where she had been a professional track sprinter winning 2 gold medals. If that wasn't enough, Masha was also a professional dancer competing in various competitions through out Russia across different styles of dance from jazz and hip hop to cabaret and Latin. In 2001, Masha completed a Fitness course in Russia and started training for the Russian Aerobics Championships and after only a year her team won a gold medal. In the same year Masha moved to Australia for good. In 2004 Masha started a Bachelor degree in Arts but realised that she could not sit in a class room and study, and needed to pursue her passion, which was Health and Fitness. So in 2006 she completed Cert 3and 4 in Fitness and started to combine her life experiences into Personal Training. As a strength and conditioning coach, Masha concentrates on strength development, flexibility and core stability, believing strongly in injury prevention through effective programming. Nutrition is a big part of her own training and she tries to make all her clients aware that it's not just exercise but the right diet that makes the difference in their lives. Masha loves what she does and enjoys celebrating her client's achievements with them. I believe there is no magic pill to exercise, you can't replace hard work. Hard work is what it takes to improve yourself. I don't train you hard. I teach you how to train hard so you can maintain your results.

At the age of 17, he started working at a Personal Training Studio whilst studying in fitness. His knowledge progressed quickly and by the age of 21 he was already managing a Personal Training Studio in Canberra and the following year was running his own Personal Training business in the UK for 2 years. 11 years into his career as a personal trainer, he still very passionate about what he does.
