-Has evolved over the years, to where I have developed my own style & philosophy through much trial and error and going through the process myself
-I believe in developing absolute strength and making sure the body stays balanaced and most of all making things fun
-Use unconventional methods; methods that are constantly changing loading patterns, that ensure constant adaption, some of these include chains, kettle-bells, bands, various bars and the list goes on

Matthew has been a competitive team sailor since he was 10. He competed at local, state, national and the international level for sailing. As part of this, Matthew used a lot of power conditioning, strength and speed to condition his body for the sea and for sailing competitions. He has achieved state championships, 3rd in the national ranks and 17th for international competitions. In his work-life he had a corporate job. After being behind the desk trapped for 2 years, he decided to utilise all his previous knowledge in conditioning the body and started to get back into training. This led him to become a qualified personal trainer, and now he is hoping to help corporate people integrate fitness into their lifestyle, something he saw that was lacking in the corporate world.

My training has been influenced by Gillian Anderson from the Biggest Loser. My sessions vary from drop-sets to heavy weights, cardio-boxing to fat burning cardio exercises. I use a lot of exercises to tone and sculpt my clients, lots of core exercises with a focus on particular areas depending on the client's needs.
