I am not the 'blow the whistle' drill sergeant type, my tone is low but effective in so much that i appeal to the client to give one hundred percent throughout their workout. I encourage clients effort with rewarding and pointant addresses. I prefer to appeal to my clients inner strengths to give his/her maximum effort at all times. I am the positive attitude 'You can do it', 'good work', type trainer.

I make a point to become friends with a client but not so much as to pull away from what we set out to achieve, i don't slip into a ' let's catchup' session, we work 100% all of the time. However I am an extra ear for some clients that need to vent. My clients don't leave until they have felt they have worked hard, I don't ever push someone past their limits when injuries are involved and core training is the base of any training with any client for me. & my classes follow the same philosophy.

I draw on my extensive knowledge of training clients for more than 15 years and from my personal knowledge gained through 20 years training, competing and learning about proper diet and nutrition. I also like to keep changing things around to shock the system and ensure clients are always seeing results.

For beginners, I prime and condition all muscle groups and then go on to a more advanced type of training (eg. pyramid training). This has worked time and time again for my clients over the many years I have been training people. I stick to it for this reason.
