I try to give my clients variety and tailor their sessions to meet their individual goals. I like to incorporate a lot of boxing drills and cardio workouts in amongst weight and toning exercises. I also use self-defense to help you with your self esteem. I believe nutrition and exercise should go hand in hand so I always recommend nutritional advice from my pharmacy knowledge.

I'd like to think of my training as a bit crazy because I always try and keep the session moving and the calories burning up around 600+ over 45 minutes. Growing up I was always involved in sports but it wasn't until I turned 20 and started Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing 6 days a week for 3-4 hours a day that I understood what training was about. So I guess this is where I get my drive and my push to always perform at my best, and this is what I bring to my clients' training sessions.
