I studied psychology, specialising in exercise / sports psychology as a past-grad diploma (4 yr qualification). This gave me the versatility to train all types of clients, ranging from the recreation exerciser to the elite athlete. I also have a lot of experience in the are of eating disorders, weight-loss and weight-management.

I have worked in the industry for many years and have managed Muscle Australia gym in the 80s, Finlays Fitness Centre and have trained and supervised many athletes and celebrities during this time, including Stan Longinidis, Sonny Schmidt, Tommy Hafey and many more.

Having been in the industry for more than 25 years and bodybuilding at an elite level for 7 years, I have spent time with and learnt from top bodybuilding professionals and athletes in Australia.

-Started weight-training in 1990, a few years after that, out of personal interests I started to study the academic side as a hobby.

I try to give my clients variety and tailor their sessions to meet their individual goals. I like to incorporate a lot of boxing drills and cardio workouts in amongst weight and toning exercises.
