Amy Kozlowski is the founder of Push IT Fitness and Health and leads a team of highly qualified and passionate fitness trainers that genuinely care. Amy has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Coaching, a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition and is a qualified Exercise Physiologist. She has extensive experience in sports coaching and fitness training and has helped 100s of people achieve their health and fitness goals.

Training Style & Influences
We base our training on exercises that replicate everyday activities to help strengthen our bodies in an attempt to prevent injuries. Every session is always different so your body can't adapt and so you don't get bored! We aim to teach our clients how to change their lifestyles so they can be fitter and healthier for life, not just for 10 sessions or for 6 months.

James has competed for several years in Taekwondo sparring in Australia. He has moved through many different Arts from Krav Maga to Muay Thai and Boxing. Along with martial arts he has been training hypertrophy since he was 17 but injuries have prevented me from continuous training. James deferred his studies in Electronic Engineering in 2006 and completed his certification in personal training working as a personal trainer full time. He looks to help more people be inspired to fitness and looks forward to continue his progression in martial arts looking to train seriously in Muay Thai in Thailand in the near future.

In my training I am constantly testing and pushing the boundaries further. I'm influenced by people like Bruce Lee and Arnold Schwarzenegger. I continue to develop new techniques to provide more efficient training. Martial arts showed me that there is never an amount of too much in any type of training.

Training Style & Influences
My personal training has been influenced greatly by boxing and kickboxing training. These are great mediums to bring to group training as everyone always has fun while having a good workout. Also having a background in basketball has given me great ideas for drills and games that you can do with your clients. Having danced from a young age, I also know the importance of stretching and flexibility. I enjoy introducing this in my PT sessions as I find that it is something that a lot of people don't focus on.

Tasmin has been a personal trainer since 2001. She started as a trainer working for 4 years out of a personal training studio in Toorak. The studio was very busy with plenty of clientelle so she learnt how to train clients of all ages, fitness levels and experience levels both in small groups and one on one. Tasmin's background is in sports playing state field hockey for 5 years where she won a national title in 2003. She is still currently involved in hockey, playing and coaching keeping fit by also running and cycling.

Whether it is weight training, circuit training or cardio training, I believe adding variety to your training will ensure the body reacts. Having played elite level hockey I know the importance of core strength and ensure all my clients improve at this over time.
