Meet Nicky!
Nicky is a Carrum Downs personal trainer. Nicky was originally a qualified chef. After giving birth to her 2 beautiful children she decided on a career change and a new direction in life. Nicky completed her personal training qualifications at the Chisholm institute and has been a personal trainer and aerobics instructor since 2005.

During her youth she enjoyed artistic roller skating, starting at the age 7. She competed for 5 years interstate being a 3 time champion and 3rd in Australia. By the age of 12, Nicky moved her artistic skills into dancing, learning jazz, modern and classical dance styles which helped her perform at many national basketball competitions for the Melbourne Magic.

After leaving the dance scene, Nicky began her journey as a chef, spending more than 10 years in the industry. During that time she remained active, falling in love with gym training and running. She started getting into fun runs and just last year started in competitive figure modelling/body sculpting. She has competed in over 5 competitions and looking forward to competing in more and winning some titles. BRING IT ON!
