From my own personal workout sessions I like to push, each time always trying new and exciting exercises. This is the same way I love to train my clients. Always keeping them guessing, making their sessions interesting with new challenging exercises to keep them motivated. Stemming from his early childhood lifestyle in sports, Sterling has developed a passion to stay fit. From playing tennis for the McDonalds squad as a junior, to exhibiting his skills in promotional events for martial arts, Sterling brings a strong foundation in sports conditioning to the fitness industry.

After spending some time in the construction industry, Sterling knew fitness was a career more suited to his personality. Sterling is a personable person and feels rewarded when he helps people achieve their goals. His career began working out of a personal training studio for 1 and a half years before branching out to do his own thing with his mobile personal training company. Since 2007, he has now found a home at Genesis Fitness Prahran - loving the industry and living the fitness lifestyle.
